The service was more than unfriendly, actually not to be put into words ... even the minimum distance from her Seriously, she says it is all nonsense. No sign of helpfulness. She was also very inattentive. The small cup of coffee for € 2.70 was still buffed, when she handed the cup over, she didn't care. I have to say the boss himself is a very, very friendly person and I'm sorry for this review, but there is an urgent need to speak between the boss and the employees. We would have loved to have an ice cream, but honestly, we had lost our appetite and the desire to stay longer. Seldom experienced anything unfriendly than on this day with this woman, that was on July 3rd at 12 noon. I have to say that there was nothing going on that day, there were only three tables outside

Stopped in for a cafe and eis but had cake I stead. Cozy seating in a decorative place. Stop in and chat with friends thos a nice atmosphere for it.

At first I liked to meet friends there or take a short stop on a bike tour. However, quality as a whole has developed in a rather negative direction. The coffee is unbearable and tastes like really "old coffee". In my ice were recently large pieces of crystals, which is not very appealing. The ambience and the motivation of the staff are great and also the cake can convince but that is not enough anymore to lure me there.

I had reserved a table for 11 people for my birthday on the spot and wanted to call the day before for the final meeting at the café. On the phone they told me then that the cafe has vacation. I was not notified of the holiday either at the time of reservation or later, even though I had discussed the reservation 3 weeks earlier with the on-site café. With a telephone request regarding my reservation, I was unfortunately pushed away. Actually, a pretty nice place, but this customer service moves me to a bad review.

The icecreams are not very fresh

I live this place. It has a back area full of sand that makes my mind travel to the beach ... the vibe is amazing and their chabby chick decor is amazing!!!

Delicious ice cream and tasty coffee. Large sandbox for kids and lounge chairs for adults are located on the patio area make for a fun afternoon!

Lovely hygge cafe with gelato and espresso. The customer service is always spot on. Very American friendly spot where lots of Germans frequent as well.

We recently enjoyed having some cake and a chai latte here with some friends. Weve been to a few cafés around Ktown, but this one has been the only one that feels like being at home. We felt welcomed and warm. The seating is great for an intimate setting. The cakes are home made and varies in selection from day to day....but always good! A return location for sure!!

Amazing icecream flavors try the orange basil i love how they treat my kids small business but beyond amazing service with a lovely hipster vive going on.

Awesome ice cream

Tasty ice cream and a few beer options. The ice cream cone, the non-waffle cone, tasted like styrofoam. The sand patio was very pleasant! I will definitely visit again.
